 The Franklin Educational Electronic Manufacturer in cooperation with the global TESOL and TESOL Arabia held the first UAE Global Spellevent at Dubai Men's College, today April 24th, 2010. The event was well-received by the Franklin and TESOL representatives, as well as, the students, teachers and parents.
